Choose the payment option that best suits your business.

Cash
Credit cards: Visa, MasterCard and American Express
Corporate Accounts – available to all clients who return a completed credit
application and qualify for payment terms.

Delivery
There is NO charge for Office Supply delivery in the Metro Washington, D.C.
area for all approved accounts. Locations outside of the Metro Washington,
D.C. area, but within the 48 contiguous States may have a minimum order size
to qualify for free delivery. Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and International
shipments will be charged a delivery fee.

Normally, local orders placed by 4 P.M. will be delivered the next business day.

Occasionally, special orders may incur shipping charges and/or longer lead
times. You will be notified in advance when charges apply.

Furniture orders may require longer lead times and may incur freight and/or
installation charges. You will be notified in advance when these charges
apply.

Returns and Credits Policy: Office Supplies
We are proud to offer our NO FAULT return policy. If it’s the wrong color,
size, quantity or item, or if you changed your mind and you don’t want it,
we will take it back. However, all returns must be in saleable condition, in
the original carton with the packaging and instructions intact. Returns must
be made within 20 days of purchase to receive 100% credit.

Occasionally even the best of us make an error. Please report any order
discrepancies immediately or within 48 hours of the delivery. We will
correct the error as soon as possible to make sure you have the supplies you
need.

Special Orders and Custom Made items are not returnable.

Returns and Credits Policy: Furniture
All furniture must be inspected and signed for by the customer. You must
report any discrepancies in quantity or condition at the time the delivery
is received and signed for.

Furniture that is unpacked by Capstone can only be returned at the time
of delivery before it is signed for. Returns due to customer error will be
charged a restocking fee.

Furniture that is assembled or installed by Capstone can only be returned
due to damages or defect at the time of delivery before it is signed for.
Assembled items that are incorrect due to customer error cannot be returned.

Special order furniture can only be returned due to damages or defects at
the time of delivery before it is signed for. Sorry, special order furniture
cannot be returned due to customer error.
